Quality Warranty.
In order to defend the legitimate interests between the customers and
manufacturers in accordance with the "The Product Quality Law of
People's Republic of China,"Hejian Hengji Bit Manufacture C o.,
Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Hengji)---the manufacturer warrants its
customers as follows:
Hengji warrants:
1.Bits manufactured by the company conform to the standard of
American Petroleum Institute,API Spec7-1 and the standards of Oil
and Gas Industry of SY/T5164 and my company.
2.Liabilities under this warranty is limited to the replacement of or
credit for defects prior to sale and have been checked and admitted by
Hengji.
3.Since Hengji is not able to control over the bits in the market and
being used,nor able to predict the complexity of working condition in
the well and any changes to the drilling operations,we are not to
warrant that the bits sold accomplish any particular results or suitable
for a particular purpose,nor that bits used in normal conditions,Hengji
shall not take any responsibility for the defects to the products and
losses to the customers incurred due to the following causes.
